I have it on authority that all Sex Party candidates are opposed i.e. NO

Even though the Australian Greens as a Party are against removing Section 8 there is a small number who are in support of the repeal or undecided.

Unfortunately most emails to Labor candidates addressed to .alp.org.au were returned so there will be some delay in collating these responses. There are a small number who are in favour of the repeal of Section 8.
